Food and Wine

I initially thought I was going to become a vintner or sommelier for my career until I found design. Although, I don’t consume wine for a living, I sure love everything about it. Here are some resources that get me inspired about the world of wine :

• The Wine Bible by Karen MacNeil
  (An excellent standard book for wine knowledge.)

• A Natural History of Wine by Ian Tattersal and Rob Desalle
  (Talks about the intersection of science and wine!)

• Wine Folly: The Essential Guide To Wine by Madeline Puckett
  (Very beginner friendly book that touches on popular grape varieties and their characteristics.)

• Ancient Wine by Patrick McGovern
  (Very in depth book about the history of winemaking.)

Anti-Oppression
